Course Delivery Options 📍 In-Person Learning: Held at our state-of-the-art facility in Schaumburg, IL 📍 Address: 1827 Walden Office Square, Suite 460, Schaumburg, IL Course Schedule Start Date: Monday, January 5, 2026 End Date: Friday, February 28, 2026 Session Hours: 3 PM – 8 PM (You may switch between day and afternoon classes based on seat availability.) Duration: 8 weeks Class Days: Monday – Friday Each Session: 5 hours long 📌 Holidays (No Class Days) Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Monday, January 19, 2026 (make up day January 24, 2026) Washington’s Birthday (Presidents’ Day) – Monday, February 16, 2026 (make up day February 28, 2026) 📚 Included Materials: All required books and instructional materials are provided as part of the course tuition—no additional material costs! Examination Fees: ✈️ FAA Examination Fees are not included in tuition and must be paid directly to the testing center. These fees cover: FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Knowledge Test (~$175) Oral and Practical Exams required for certification (~$600)

Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in the Aircraft Dispatcher Certification Course at Flight Innovation Inc., students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all institutional policies, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Tuition is generally non-refundable, except under specific conditions including course cancellation by Flight Innovation, applicable veteran benefit refunds, or as otherwise required by the Illinois Board of Higher Education. In accordance with state regulations, students may be eligible for prorated refunds based on the timing of withdrawal. All refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30–45 days. Questions should be directed to the administrative office prior to enrollment.
