Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Flight Innovation, Inc.

Effective Date: 5/12/2025

By applying to or participating in the Flight Innovation, Inc. Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Approval into the Program is at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Agreement

Participation in the Program requires a signed Affiliate Agreement with Flight Innovation, Inc. No commissions will be paid without a fully executed contract on file.

​

3. Referral Commission

You will receive a $200 commission for every new student who:

• Clicks your unique referral link,

• Registers for the Aircraft Dispatch Certification Course, and

• Pays in full.

Partial payments, abandoned signups, or refunded transactions do not qualify.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid only after the referred student pays in full and begins the course.

• Payment is made via PayPal/Zelle/check within 15 business days of eligibility confirmation.

• A valid W-9 form is required prior to any payment if total annual earnings reach or exceed $600.

5. Tax Obligations

If your total commission for the year reaches $600 or more, we are legally required to issue a Form 1099-NEC in January of the following year.
To comply with IRS regulations:

• You must submit a W-9 form to Flight Innovation, Inc.

• You are responsible for your own tax reporting and liabilities.

6. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked using cookies linked to your unique URL. Flight Innovation, Inc. is not responsible for any failures to track due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other interference.

 

7. Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spamming or unsolicited outreach

• Misrepresenting the course or our company

• Running paid ads using our brand name or website

• Using your referral link to refer yourself or immediate family

8. Termination

Flight Innovation, Inc. may terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at any time for any reason. Any commissions not yet earned through full student payment will be voided.

9. Relationship

You are not an employee, agent, or partner of Flight Innovation, Inc. unless specifically approved case by base. You are acting as an independent contractor, responsible for your own legal and tax obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. A signed contract and W-9 form (if earnings exceed $600) are required before any commission is paid.
