My role as an active Aircraft Dispatcher for a major airline allows me to bring real-world experience into the classroom. My Journey in Aviation

My journey in aviation began with a childhood dream of becoming a pilot—a dream I fulfilled by earning my commercial single, multi-engine, land, and sea ratings, along with instructor certifications as a CFI, CFII, AGI, and IGI. Yet my path didn’t stop there. I discovered a deeper calling in flight dispatch, where I could combine my passion for flying with the strategic, analytical side of airline operations.

Today, I serve as an active FAA-Certified Aircraft Dispatcher for a major airline in the Chicago area, bringing real-world insights from daily airline operations directly into the classroom. My background is uniquely diverse, spanning aviation, I.T. technology, applied science, and human learning psychology, which I integrate into the way I develop aviation courses and training materials. As a former member of the U.S. Air Force, I carry with me discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

I founded Flight Innovation to break away from outdated norms in aviation education and create a training environment that mirrors the realities of modern airline operations—hands-on, forward-thinking, and student-driven. Beyond the classroom, I continue to live my passion for aviation by flying general aviation aircraft, traveling the world with my wife, Magdalena, and building my own RV-10 airplane. I don’t settle for the ordinary; I challenge conventions, embrace innovation, and strive to inspire others to pursue their goals with the same relentless dedication that has defined my journey.
